Academic Scholarship Program

Our Scholarship Program recognizes Granby High School student-athletes who demonstrate exceptional commitment to academic excellence, leadership, and personal character. This program provides financial support to deserving students as they pursue their post-secondary goals, celebrating those who balance the demands of athletics with dedication in the classroom. Applicants are evaluated on their academic achievements, community involvement, and embodiment of the values that define the Granby Comets Athletic Association. Through this scholarship, the GCAA aims to encourage and empower student-athletes to continue striving for excellence beyond high school. 

• Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Earn at least one Varsity letter in a VHSL-sanctioned sport.
• Demonstrate a commitment to volunteer service through meaningful community involvement.
• Participate in extracurricular activities, either within Granby High School or through outside organizations.
